Interest Rates are Rising

First time home buyers, second time home buyers, and multiple times buyers are now getting nervous about the rising interest rates.

Mortgage rates have climbed by almost 1.0% nationally over the last month and if the economy continues to grow you can guarantee that the interest rates will continue to climb over the next 24 months.
